Our digital display units provide fast temperature scanning with our battery
powered lightweight instruments. It locates and eliminates hot spots while
reducing energy costs with educated aeration management. We offer computerized
with print and ohm test functions and manual instruments.

The Digital Temperature Logger (DTL) will measure, store, and print out grain temperatures. The output to the
printer is on a standard parallel interface. This enables the user to print out
on a standard plain paper (full size) the last readings stored in memory. Each
printout will display the cable number, TC number, date, time, and customer's company
name. The DTL is packaged in a rugged carrying case with hinged lid and handle.

PRINT DATA |
|
The DTL will scan a temperature detection cable in just seconds. The operator can save the readings for a future printout or manually view the cable readings.
|
The DTL connect to almost any full size printer to provide a printout of the last four cable reading dates and temperatures
|
| OHMs TEST |
SETUP MENUS |
|
The DTL can be used to OHM test most cables to determine the temperature cable's integrity.
|
The DTL has user programmable functions including: Set the number of silos, set
the description of storage (silo, bin, flat, tank, etc.), set the number of
cables per silo, set the number of thermocouples per cable, change from Fo to
Co or Co to Fo, and to set the clock.

The temperature monitor is designed to provide convenient reading of thermocouple
type grain temperature cables.
The system consists of one interface processor connected to a PC with monitor, mouse
and printer. The processor stores the current system reading plus the preceding 4
readings (5 total) made in the automatic scan mode and can be printed out at any time.
The system is connected to the grain temperature cables through a relay based
remote switching system.
Features:
- Automatically reads specific cables, sections, or the entire system
- Reports include: grain temperature, temperature rise, high temperature, OHM test system verification, alarms and color graphics
- Pop up menu instructions and help screens
- May be started manually or at a pre-designated start time
- Reads up to 12 remote switches or 288 temperature detection cables
- Works with both new or existing type "T" thermocouple temperature cables
